How do I sign up?
In order to be able to register in Carpatin Club Romania, an annual fee of 150 lei is paid and the form below is filled in, after which you send it with an acknowledgment of receipt to the postal address of the Carpatin Club Romania secretariat:

In order for your application to be registered, it must be accompanied by a photocopy of your identity card and a photocopy of the document of origin (issued by the C.O.R.) of the dog you own (if applicable).
